This was my initial sketch and tentative layout on a concrete floor.

Here is a second step. I roughed out the shape of the sail and filled the vanes in and rough layout of the belly and tail.

Here, the mouth, tail, and belly are welded in and lateral line layed out with gill.

All interior parts are welded on and the fins are added. Finally attached the eye.

Can finally pick up the piece without it falling apart and finish weld and then grind a whole lot all over. Also add webbing between sail vanes.
